nice site, been looking through your faq's etc. and looks like I'm on the right track.
I have 8 tanks running atm
1/ 4' planted with cherry shrimp, neons, Kuhlis & Peppermint b/n. (had to get the mrs hooked
1/ 3" grow out with my sons mollies & platys
1/ 4' with a 3" Red Oscar, bronze cory, 3 common b/n
1/ 3'x18"x20" 3" red tiger oscar (lonely & agro)
1/ 3'x18"x20" 6" red oscar & 6" bream
1/ 6'x2'x2' 1 pair of red tiger oscars 10" & 8"(laid once since intro), 1 feeder 3" goldfish which never got eaten
1/ 6'x18"x18" 1 pair of albinos (tiger & red) both 9" (laid once since purchase)
1/ 8'x18"x18" 1 pair red tigers 10" & 9"(just gone through the intro process over the last few weeks finally looks like I can leave them be without certain death). 2 goldifsh feeders again never got eaten and have grown, 1 2" redtail shark. yes the Oscars dont sseem to be interested in live food.
I have had oscars lay for me in the past but have never had fry, so earlier this year I decided to get back in the hobby and try to make it happen this time, as you can see I think i'm bordering on addiction / obsession lol. next batch I intend to seperate and manually fan them, what do ya think?
Well nothing else to share atm, but look fwd to reading your stories, I'm not a big poster but will do my best.
