Best way is to join photobucket. Its a free photo storeage site. up load your video to your folder on this site and the come here and past it in photo section. if you look in "home" page top (left) there is advice. There are a few posts also if you do a search. I have trid myself and had problems so its best not to make video too large. another way is to post it on "youtube" and link it back here.this i am told is easy but have not tried it.
