I just bought my first Oscar (Tiger) have had him/her 3 wks and its been a joy from the first day he/she was eating out of my hand. Have a 55 gal(us) tank. also have 2 balo sharks 3 africa cichlids.I am looking for a 75-100 gal tank to move the sharks and cichlids to. found this site and have had a lot of questions answered.. Great site and people...
55 gal(us) 2 blood parrits 4 tigar barbs 1 clown loach 1 bristle nose pleco
85 gal(us) 14 african cichlids 1 bristle nose pleco
125 gal(us)6ft. 1 Tigar 1 Red albino oscars 2 bola sharks 2 Pictus cats 1 common pleco

balas make excellent mates for oscars if i were you i would get the larger tank for your oscar and balas and leave your african in the 55
