hi all , over the years ive had lots of oscars. even had a nice breeding pair of red oscars.
Infact ive kept all sorts of fish, malawi,marine,c/ameican. i have a african hap set up at but im thinking of changing back to the loveble oscar.
looking for advice though, the tank i have at the moment is a juwel trigon350. which is a 350 litre corner tank.about 70 gal.
would 1 oscar be happy in there? ive had happy big fish in there in the past,like frontosa,green terror,red devil.not together of course.

yes, 70 gal tank can accomodate 1 full grown oscar.
while still small, you can put some tank mate that
dwell with the same water parameters as oscar do. just
install one good filtering machine to keep the water on check

350 liters is big enough for an oscar and a small(max 8 inches) tankmate as long as yo have adequate filtration there should be no problem.

i see you have jags in with your oscars, do they get on??
ive yet to decied which oscar to get yet,was thinking maybe albino!!!!

the jags are in there own tank. didnt want to take the chance they would hurt my oscars

reguardless of what you choose im sure you wont be disappointed
