Hi,
Myn name is Lynn and my husband and i have just purchased a 4 year old oscar , as of yet we havnt taken delivery as we are not sure how to move him without causing too much stress. welcome to the site!
it will depend on how are you gonna move it. but first,
you must have a fully cycled tank before the delivery.
15 klms ? is that 15 kilometers. that is just a normal
distance. your fish should be in a plastic bag with tank
water, inflated with oxygen. usually, the bag is place in
the tank to aclimatize and to balance the temp before releasing.

welcome to the site. as said, your new tank needs to be cycled ready for the fish. this takes a few weeks at best. once you have the tank set up put the fish in a plastic bag then a cardboard box for support. 15k isn't a big problem as long as your bag is large enough. float bag in new tank for 30mins(bag open an top) to adjust temp.

your main problem is to cycle new tank. if you are not sure about this please ask for advice. A test kit will also be needed to check water readings.
