I had oscars for about ten-15 years, I always been able to get them to lay eggs but never hatch. Well recently my oscar died and I left the other alone for a while, my wife said I should buy another so he had a friend, well I did and soon enough they laid eggs, well these ones hatch, I try to get pics up, but its had to focus on the little buggers.
My oscars are black tiger and a albino, I liek to see how the kids look.

ok, not the greatest pic but, eggs are on the slate and in the bed, below the slate, the two brown kids are the frys....I pretty excited....they are about hour old.

i strongly suggest to put some screen at the suction
point of the filter to avoid being sucked.

with caution from teh parents,,... they will attack you

well I woke up this morning and fry were all gone, I might have started to much disburance or parents just need to learn. But its nice to know its a male and female in the tank and since they are the only ones it help future events. Thanks for the welcome.
