on my contest to learn more about oscars i found this site ,and i found out every thing i think i will ever need to know .
i got my oscar by total mistake i went to a fish shop to get some fire mouths and i noticed this albino oscar lying on the bottom of one of the tanks ,he was 2.5 " long and his belly was all sunk in and the fins where really stubby ,i felt so sorry for him and i knew what i had to do ,
i ask the owner how much and he laughed saying you dont want him he,s near dead ,in the end i got him for £0000000,
its taken 9 months to get him back to full health and he now coming on 7" and i think he is a wee cracker .
