I'm so glad I found this site! My oscar came home yesterday and seems to be settling into her new home nicely (I dont know her sex but I decided shes a girl) I havent named her yet but she is a real treasure

I will try and upload her piccy up soon as a take a good shot of her
shes a albino and around 6 inches long I think.

I also have 2 black moore coldwater fish who live in the kitchen and a few other tropical fish.

I have been slightly worried about my oscar as since she came home she wasnt eating at all but today she had some bloodworms

Hi and Welcome... Your Oscar is fine... They take a few days to adjust sometimes... Give it a few and she will be eating everything in site.

well I have finaly named my Oscar her name is Orangina (yes like the drink) My brother picked the name today.

well I think my little Orangina dosnt like me very much as every time i go near the tank she swims off into the plants

also she dosent like to eat .. the cockles are floating to the bottom of the tank and she ignors them .. blood worms she now jus lifts her nose at.. shes a posh fish.
