hey all, i'm tay.
my dad was always an oscar enthusiast, so i grew up in a home with about eleven of them.
just moved out and living on my own, decided having one might remind me of home and make me a little less homesick.
went and bought the cutest little one ever last night! jasper seemed to be the most fitting name for him. not really a pet store around here, so i got him (i decided it was a him, we'll have to see i guess!) at walmart last night. spotted him three days ago and had to go back to check on him everyday to make sure they hadn't sold him before i could get an aquarium for him. he seems to be loving his new home, and i'm really excited.
i went ahead and bought a plecostomus, alice, so he wouldn't have to be lonely. also i have three bettas (not in the tank, obviously) named noel, liam, and gem.
