Hi everyone...just decided to get back into aquariums and I've always loved Oscars but unfortunately have never had them before. I can across this site and it looks like a great source of info so I thought I would join. I'm just in the process of setting up a 90 gal. (US gallons) aquarium and hope to have it up and running in not too long! I am looking forward to learning from all of you!

as paul said, it sounds like your off to a good start! it always pleases me when i see somebody getting into the oscar game with a real aquarium instead of a goldfish bowl

Thanks for the welcome! I figured I give our other pets most of the house so I might as well get a big aquarium too! I'm hoping to upgrade to a larger tank down the road but I figured the 90 would work for now....it was an early Christmas present from my wife.

im already sensing a case of MTS in the works here

hehehehehe hope the wifey loves fish as much as we do!
