hi, im new here.. hav been breeding bettas all this while but now im finally 'going for the bigger fish', literally.. heheh! i hav a 72 gal biotope tank, previously used for my betta/platy/tetra/pleco community. i just bought a baby tiger slightly less than 3 inches long. boy that fish can eat! it eats a variety of food, almost twice the amount compared to my adult betta. well, it is bigger.. and big means more food.. heheh!
im always careful these first few days as not to overfeed. he is on cichlid pellets, specially made betta pellets, bloodworms and some micropellets. i'll try get some larger live foods next time..
to all oscar pros out there, good job with u guys. hopefully i can learn more through u ppl in this forum.

hahaha! yea, im sure if i mixed the bettas with my baby jordan, its gonna be cream betta fillet with peas(pellets) within 90 days or less. but that gives me an idea.. jordan could be my culling machine..
since its a biotope aquarium, i dont think he could chase well with all the rocks and plants hindering(its sort of an amazon acid pool bio).

havent got the chance to take pics of my baby jordan.. its not as easy. he swims left and right, to and fro begging so adorably for food AT ALL TIMES. i couldnt get my hp cam to focus.
