Hi,
My name is Eliezer Rodriguez. I'm a cuban born and raised in Havana. I've been living in South Florida for the past seven years. Now that I lived here and I've been able to retake this hobby with all the bells and whistles and didn't have in my home country.
I currently have two tanks, a 37 and a 65 US gallons. But the Oscar, my first ever, it's on the 65 gallon all by itself. I have two big HOB filters as well as a Marineland 360 canister for filtering. The HOB are a Marineland Emperor 400 and an AquaTech 360, the ones they sell here at Walmart.
My Oscar, which I named Bichobi ( Beechoobee) has been in the tank for only 2 months now. I think it was probably one month old or so when I got it at one of the many LFS I have around. I cycled the tank using the fishless cycling method and it went all good.
Well, I guess that's enough for introduction. I've already been reading this forum as well as the featured articles for quite a while. I might start asking some question of my own pretty soon. So, hello to everyone !
