Hi Sickend!
Thats a nice pair of oscars you have there. The one on the right reminds me of my O when he was little.
When I first got Chopper he "played dead", literally for over a week. In fact my Wife called me at work one day and told me he had passed on. When I got home that night I looked into the tank and noticed that his eye was following me about. This is one of the things that make me love oscars so much, they can be such characters!
I then performed a little experiment and turned off the tank light and all the lights in the room and sat very quietly. After awhile I flipped on the room light and there was Chopper swimming around his tank, but as soon as the light came on he rolled onto his side and, kinda like a leaf, slowly sank to the tank bottom.
He kept this up for a week or two, but after awhile his hunger overcame all else and he started meeting me at the side of the tank for his food and otherwise acting normal, for a Oscar

, though to this day he still prefers the light in his tank off ,now its usually only on during his water changes, and he will immediately go sulk.
So I wouldn't worry to much, if your water parameters are all good just give them time to adjust. Trust me their bellies will over-ride all else soon enough.
Here's a pic of him playing dead:
Good Luck!
