I just found OFL.com, and it's a great site. I've had my oscar for about 6 months, but he died this last week. I had a planaria infestation in my tank that I couldn't get rid of, and he refused to eat and eventually died. I think the new food I bought him had planaria in it because it happened when I changed his food.
Anyway, I cleaned the tank out, boiled everything (including the gravel) and got a new baby oscar and a baby pleco. I miss my old oscar, but this new one is so tiny and cute and I'm so excited to see him grow and get big the way my old one did. I even splurged at the pet store today and bought him frozen bloodworms, shrimp, and vegetable diet, for when he starts to get a little bigger. My last oscar just got pellets, so this one is lucky!
