so. as it stands. i had to find a new prospective Pitt. [as the previous was bought the MORNING before i was able to get to the store. ]
but a desperate dash around to different local stores produced a little fella about 2" long i just couldn't say no to.
problem is. he has ick. i'm just about to do the second dosing in his hospital tank and i'm pretty convinced he hates my guts. because instead of moping sideways on the bottom of the tank like he was the first day. he actually turns his tail fin to me any time i step into the room.
my biggest concern though is that he's not eating.

and since i'm going to have to move him again here shortly i don't want that move to stress him out further and this hunger strike to turn ugly. so what should i do?
i have Hikari Cichlid Gold pellets at my disposal. [which might as well be his poo for all he cares.] along with freezedried tubifex worms. earthworms. bloodworms. and krill fines.
question #1: should i try these others as enticements? or stick with the pellets?
question #2: should i wait until he acclimatizes to the hospital tank before moving him to his final home? or should i get the move over quickly?
thanks in advance!
