Well, as long as you have got plenty of filtration, a suitable sized aquarium for the fish you are keeping then you are almost there. He just don't have to be anything spectacular, as long as they keep the water at the correct temperature, you'll be okay. As for having lots of air pumps going, that really isn't necessary because the filters should create oxygen from the water coming back into the tank. However if you like the look of the bubbles then that is fine, but don't think that you need them. If you have some spare money, then I suppose you could invest in some good quality food, that doesn't always come cheap

Why not pick up a UV sterilizer? I got a Coralife 9 Watt Turbo Twist 3X for my 90 gallon and I love it.

I use ugf's strictly for aeration with the idea that they don't actually filter anything. A lot of people don't like em but I like the way they look better. Sounds like you have everything you have to have to run the tank. The only thing I would consider adding is another filter as a back up in case one fails. Possibly one that has a uv sterilizer built in. Another thing I have been wanting to get for my tanks is a battery backup in case the power goes out. This way you can plug the essentials into it and if the power goes out, the filters, air pump and heaters will continue to run for however long it's rated for.

i have been i the building management and i always insist of back up
facilities... if one bugged down, there should always an spare to avoid
downtime.... so in your case, i would rather invest for duplicate filter
that could run in parallel.... will give you better water quality and will
have fallback when one breakdown....

but i would to share this one... i have a friend who also had extra money
but doesn't want to invest on time for proper caring and maintenance....
eventually all his fishes died...

true, fishkeeping is a costly hobby, and often costs more time than money, indeed.

if i was to spent some extra money i'd buy a big canister with a couple of gallons of waterconditioner or Prime.
The bigger canisters are a whole lot cheaper in comparison to smaller bottles, for the same amount and you will need quite a supply to keep up with weekly waterchanges.
I remember buying my first couple of gallons of waterconditioner and thinking they'd last forever.
But with the amount of water i change in all my tanks every week, forever was not feisable.

I would go with spare also. A spare filter (one rated for a tank twice the size of your tank) and actually run in on your tank with your existing filter. Same for a spare filter (biggest you can afford)

Best thing for your fish is as said time for maintanence
I can't get no sleep
