So, I know how everyone says their Oscars dig, and all sorts of stuff.

I thought this would be a funny one to share. My Oscars do the opposite.

Whenever I do my water changes and vacuum the gravel, it's all choppy and stuff.

My Oscars re-flatten the gravel out. Ha ha, they won't dig, but they'll tidy up their tank. I have anal retentive Oscars!

i guess they do home improvement just the way they like it.
My red never moved any gravel, but since i got him the tiger as a mate, they recently started to dig together and i love it.
I heard so many stoies about it, but only saw my Vieja do it before this.
She used to start rearanging the tank, while i was still doing the gravelvac!

I'll try to setup a time lapse next time I clean the tank. It takes em a while to do it, but they do it. It's hilarious, they are very methodical.

i know the behaviour from my carp when i started out in the hobby.
I'd buildt huge piles of gravel and they'd flatten it all out in no time.

It makes a change for someone to have oscars that flatten out gravel instead of digging pits!!!!
