Shortly after i feed my oscar a superworm i noticed a long weird like poop and i was like that looks like a superworm? So heres my question is it normal that after my oscar eats a superworm he poops one out(but oviosly it didnt look anything as it does live) ?

Oscar fish are not very efficient at digesting their food. This is one of the reasons they are messy fish to keep. I have seen posts on here of oscar fish passing mealworms almost untouched and of other fish sometimes eating oscar poo as there is still some valuable nutrition in there.

I wouldn't worry about this except to say that maybe you are overfeeding your oscars a little. I say maybe because I can't remember how big your fish are, so don't do anything about this yet without checking back.

I would say that if you are feeding messy food like mealworms then you should make sure to gravel vacuum regularly especially as you are overstocked.

pretty normal I would say..Alot of the time Oscars will swallow food before chewing it.
This results in some food passing through without being properly digested

Yeah I would be very, very careful with how much I feed given your tank and stock. If you're seeing copious amounts of noticeable waste you might be overfeeding. Also, I am a tad concerned you are developing a fecal fascination/obsession.

Lol i dont think so and ya i might be given in just a lil bit to much to my oscars begging lol. But ya when i do my changes i gravvel vacume.
