It looks to me like a healing injury. Any chance of some other photos or a clear video.

Do the edges look irregular or rounded

Can you post some test results just to check your water is ok

it's at least a very common spot for oscars to have an injury.
Mine bump and bruised their heads from time to time, and they do that on the glass ledge on the inside of the tank.
Waterparameters wouldt help a lot,indeed.
Our fish don't grow too big, our tank becomes too small!
