I noticed on the inside of my oscars mouth, when he is doing the hungry dance. He has a bright orange dot on his tongue that matches his orange on his side. Is this normal for them to have color there? I think it's cool.

You made me check and my tiger has a pinkish tongue, while my Red or copper oscar has an orange tongue, but indeed a little less colourfull as his outward orange colour.
I never noticed before...

My albinos tongues are the same colour as the body.

Your fish has probably got some colouration on the tongue. I hope so as it will be a great talking point. Just keep an eye on it for the next week to make sure nothing changes and it isnt some sort of growth/infection
