hi has any1 on here been to the mirage hotel in las vegas, im going there on holiday on tuesday, there is a massive aquarium at the front reception, 2000 gallon i think marine tank, i cat wait to see it, ill be sure to take lots of photos and videos of it and will post them on here when i get back

I haven't been to that one, but earlier this year I was at the Aquarium in Atlanta, Ga. As my grand kids say "Holy Crud!" A million gallon + tank, Whale Sharks and another with Beluga whales. The fresh tanks had divers cleaning them and you walk under most of the tanks. It was pretty cool, but because of thet trip I now have a glass box in my living room to throw money at. (LOL)

We had a thread some time ago, with some pics of that tank in Vegas.
but i must say that i'd restock with freshwater and FW fish.
i remember it was very well stocked, and even though it's a massive tank, it looks full.

yeh there is alot of fish in it. the hotel have 8 full time staff to look after it. i cant wait to see it. im with you noddy fresh water would be better, think of all those oscars lol

Yes i live here in Las Vegas and have seen it many times. It is very Impressive!!!

i missed that one when i was in vegas. If i had known about it i would have been straight there

I've only stayed at the MGM, too bad I never knew they had an aquarium over there. Let's just say 'aquariums' weren't the primary focus for me during my stay. I hardly think I was in any state to truly 'appreciate' it...maybe fall into it.
