My Oscars get super excited when I walk in. Even if they are not hungry. But, when anyone else walks in they stare at them as if they where going to attack that person.
I was just wondering if that was normal Oscar Behavior?

i have read that oscars will recognize there owners, mine come to the top when anyone walks in the room but they always come over to where im standing even if someone else is up there looking at them with me

I have heard on here of what you are describing so i wouldnt worry about, all fish are different. Apparently oscars can recognize their owners

By the way oscars are always hungry, just dont give in to the begging or you will end up with water quality problems. Oscars are professional beggers
