now all of a sudden one has started bullying the other. the poor things spends most of the day hiding, when it comes to feeding them they are fine together! i am feeding them plenty if not i recon too much sometimes, eeeek

it keep attacking the wrist of the fish (where the tail joins the body) its taken some scales off.

Right now they are most likely trying to determine dominance and this tends to leave some bad looking bumps and bruises but I would definately hold off on trying to seperate them or taking any measure what so ever. Make sure your water is pristine and their wounds will heal very quickly. Keep an eye on it but don't lose any sleep.

I have the same problem too, but my fishes are only week old. At the beginning both were trying to settle. Now, one is settled and swimming around happily. but the other one is always hiding behind the filter...only comes out while feeding...I want both to be happy, what should I do?
