i own 2 small oscar fish but one is laying on the bottem for a few hours and then swims about for a 1 or 2 hours he is showing no sine of hill ness at all dose any of u know what the problem is.

can you go a little more into detail on your setup. tank size, fitration, tankmates, water parametres(ammonia nitrites and nitrate temp).
this can go along way with helping figure out what may be wrong, if anything, with your oscar

it is a 60g the oscer is about 3inch there is no tank mates apart from a 2nd oscer the temp is 72-75 it has two filters one internal and one xternal they came with the tank so i do not know what type they are and my ammonia is low

when you say your ammonia is low do you mean zero. anything above is hazardous to your fish. also what are the nitrite and nitrate levels? your temp is little on the low side but nothing to severe. personally i would raise it to 78 farenheit. and finally what is the tank ph?
if you can provide these answers it would help in identifying what might be the problem with your oscar
