Welcome to OFL
Before we start recommending treatments, let us first try and determine how bad your situation is. In many circumstances, hole in the head disease can be cleared up without the need for medicating the tank. However, it really does depend on how bad it is. Could you provide us with some good close-up photographs so we can have a good look.
The next step is to test the water for ammonia, nitrites, nitrates and pH. Fish don't develop this disease for no reason. Even though the disease is not fully understood, it is thought that there are two factors that contribute to its development, these are poor water conditions, and an unsuitable diet.
If you could also provide us with the size of tank you are keeping your fish in, and also the filtration you are using. How often do you do water changes, and do you clean your filters? it would also be helpful to know what sorts of diet you've been feeding your Oscar.
Sorry for all the questions, we need to get good background of how you have been keeping your fish, this will help in the long run.
