never used the BIO but the ordinary gold imho is the best...

I've always used hikari cichlid gold ever since I first started keeping Oscars. I have no doubt that these pellets may bring out the colouration in your fish. However, I don't feed my fish on the same food every day of the week so I've never actually seen any evidence that they do you enhance the colours.

i also use hikari gold as the staple in my oscars diet. and like ofl i feed a wide variety of other stuff to round out their diet. but i have heard good things about the biogold pellets just havent gotten around to trying them out yet.

i have used cichlid gold, but this time i saw bio gold. was nearly double the price, but if its good for the fish its worth it.

i have tried that one too but my oscar seems to be reluctant
in taking them. i have to starved them for 3 days before taking
few pellets. my pangasius don't even bother to take anything
from it.

mine eat very well. just as much as the other pellets i have.
