welcome to the site.

oscar can have film layer on thier fins as they grow up.
as long as they do not show any sudden changes in mood,
you don't have to worry.

all of my oscars shake their tails or quiver on occasion. im not sure if its an aggression, mating, or territorial thing but nothing ever comes of it. i wouldnt worry about it to much since it seems to be a common occurance.

wiggling tails or shaking it fast is a norm for oscar....
you will find out sooner, they will sulk as if gonna fight
to death..... no need to worry as long as they take foods
eagerly.

Tail quivering is quite normal so I shouldn't worry about it. You'll often observe this with a pair of Oscars. It's obviously some kind of communication between them.

You are noticing a lot of how your Oscars act and look. this is very important and you will soon learn to know at a glance if there's a problem if you keep up your close monitoring. This is what a lot of fish keeping is about, watching learning and enjoying your fish, well done.
