I just got my o about 2 weeks ago (first one, not first fish). love him already. but he will not eat anything fresh?? ive tried worms, beetles, fish, pinky mouse still nothing?? he eats pellets. there anything i should do?? or is this normal??

what size is your fish.? I personally wouldn't worry if hes eating pellets ok. this should be 60% of its diet anyway. if its full on pellets it wont be to bothered to try something new. If you really wont to get it eating other foods, a few days without any food is the way to go. 2 or 3 days will do the job.

to answer both. tank is 90 gal. hes bout 6'' SL (probably closer to 7 now). i want to send a pic (camera broke) . i havent seen any like him on the site.
