Oscar is acting like a terror fish!!
He is chasing Scarlet. Everytime she tries to swim around he chases her back behind the root...
She is full of scratches, so it's clear that he is being to rough with here..
She is scared of him and does as he says.. Now she is sulking...
What do I do??

The two Oscars I got in the 125 gallon tank do this occasionally, sometimes it looks really aggressive. However, most of the time they're hanging around with each other being quite friendly. So what you need to do is determine whether this behaviour is constant, or just occasional. If it only happens every now and then I don't think you got too much to worry about. If it's obvious one of your Oscars is being bullied on a regular basis and is ending up with injuries, you may have an aggression problem which means you might have to split them up. I'm afraid it's difficult for us to advise you without observing your Oscars.

Oscars can often be rough with each other. They do often end up with nasty injuries. However it doesn't always mean that you have got to an aggressive problem. I like to give them a chance, even if they are fighting. Quite often a pair of Oscars will fight like cat and mouse occasionally but be perfectly friendly the rest of the time, you really have to use your discretion.
I may not always be right, but I am always the boss
If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved

chasing scarlet is normal unless captain hook tries
to inflict damage. it is normal in pairing rituals.
if captain hook did not change the attitude, chances
are, hook and scarlet are both males, or scarlet did
not accept hook's proposal:laugh:

just keep an eye, if sulking and bullying can inflict
damage, you have to think way to separate them, either
rehome or exchange with your local fish shop.

two things you have there: either one had sumitted to
the others as to "who is the boss", or one is the lady
who accepted the proposal.
good luck!
