i put a docorative root in my tank for my O and she's been mad at me for a couple of days now any idea on how long she will continue?

i have made her mad before just cleaning the tank (nothin outa the ordinary for an o) but i thought she would really enjoy root i got for her

can you describe what he/she is doing to be classified as mad.
sometimes, oscar is just trying to say please "feed me" as it is
approaching the glass.... and yet one may misunderstood it is mad.
trying to push the driftwood or pushing all substrate is also awkward.
can you please tell us how can you say it is mad at you.

well i placed the decorative root about center in the tank and she has yet to move from the end of the tank that she fleed to as i installed this she did stop eating for a couple of days but is coming out of this stage... she has showed zero intrest in the root and she uprooted some of her plastic plants:woohoo:

then your oscar is not mad. that is their natural
characters. uprooting all plants whether natural
or artificial, breaking thermometer, etc, etc, etc.
you shouldn't worry about it. worry when your oscar
start darting away, banging the glass wall, not swimming
around, or not eating to long.
