can I just grind the b/h and shrimp then freeze for my oscar?

Of course, there are lots of things that you mix with it. Shrimp are particularly healthy, especially if you leave the skins on. Mind you, it's okay if it's all mashed up

i do it with some vitamins..... it really work great to my oscar
and pangasius.
