Welcome to our community

Okay, I'm afraid the bad news is your tank isn't big enough for two Oscars . Off the top of my head, 200 L is around 50 gallons. That really isn't big enough for one Oscar but with good filtration and extra water changes, you may just cope. However, there is no way you will be up to have any tank mates once the Oscar reaches adulthood.

If they are very small Oscars, they'll be perfectly okay in your smaller tank for a few weeks

Sorry about that

hello and welcome.....one oscar requires a minimum of 55 gals so maybee you can try to get yourself a bigger tank in the near future

a 200 liter tank is a little too small for an oscar, but as ofl said it can be done if you stay on top of your maintenance. also you will not be able to have tankmates with your oscar. if you later decide on mates for your oscar you will have to upgrade to a larger tank.
Warning..I will offend you at some point!!!

personally i think that a 55 gallon tank is to small for 1 oscar.
(55 imp gallon=250liter?) a standard 55 gallon tank is about 43x20x18inches.
a fullgrown oscar about 16inches. the tank seems a little small.

i fully agree ...personaly i would advise minimum of 100 gals for one ...but i am just quoting the benchmark for water to inches of fish ratio that is outlined for keeping oscars ...1 oscar = minimum 55 uk gals
