Does the eye look cloudy, or does it look like there is something attached to the actual eyeball?

Okay, the first thing you must do is test your water before ammonia, nitrite, nitrates and pH. If this is indeed a cloudy eye, there is a possibility that poor water conditions are the cause. it could be a something as simple as just like trauma to the eye which hopefully will clear up. If it isn't serious, it should start improving within a few days.

while waiting for the water test result, i suggest 25%
water change as precaution. add some pure salt to comfort
the fish and enhance oxygenation. blurred eyes or anything
unusual should not be taken lightly. remeber, they are in
captivity and could only go as far the tank size is. better
do water change than sorry.

As paul said, do a 25-30% water change and add some pure salt.
it could be a number of things, but first of, can you let us know your water levels?
