blue or blueberry oscars a lutinos that are dyed the blue colour. they are not a colour morph like the lemon oscars. i personally feel the dying process to be cruel to the fish and dont beleive that they should be purchased. i have recently stopped dealing with a local fish store because of they were selling dyed fish.

jsut my opinion
Warning..I will offend you at some point!!!

my goal is simple a complete understanding of the universe, why it is as it is and why it exists at all

You have got to be a little careful when choosing vibrant coloured fish. In some cases they are artificially dyed. I don't think its widespread now, but it does still go on. I have not seen a blue Oscar myself but I know that some are bred in different colours. If in doubt, ask where the fish came from
I may not always be right, but I am always the boss

i believe if you got one, you will lucky enough if you did not come back to the fish shop two weeks later because the color had gone out.

nope, theirs no such breed, i would advise you to stay clear of these, its cruel and wrong, and also, it wont stay that strong blue, it will fade, thats if it survives.
2 Tiger Oscars, 1 Lutino Oscar, 1 Jack Dempsey, 3 Clown Loaches, 1 Blue Phantom Pleco.

one thing should always guide us for a healthy fish.
no matter what color they has/have,,,, it should always
be vibrant, active, and compete for foods. if that is
their condition, then you have a very healthy fishes.
