hey guys and gals....
recently, my big tank was hit by green algae due to direct sun light (my son forgot to put the cover when i was out). yesterday, while i was trying to scrub the inner glass, i noticed two small creatures at the back of my pumps. i was so surprised to see two small malnourished oscar (with big head and big eye but small body and tails)swimming under. i could hardly see them due to green water. i was so excited and keep jumping like a child.... when i came to my senses, i asked my children and my wife if anybody among them had put new fishes in there. none of my family had any idea of what i am saying..... when i show them.... they reminded me that three weeks ago, i put in there loads of wigglers which i used to do allowing my angel fish to feast on them. aside from my angel, i have two juveniles that were given to me by my son and they are now about 4 inches long. how in this world they survived this hostile environment?, given the fact that i am not ready yet to have loads of oscars.
as of now, i have mixed feelings,....sorry for not being ready to raised those wigglers... excited having these two new fishes....
my question is.... how big will a wiggler grows in three weeks time? this two small yellow fish is approximately less than an inch long.....
i am clueless......
