It can't be! Just read somethins that says otherwise...
ask Eddie (Ehall67), he'll know.
OK all ciclids if do not eat plants at least dig them upso after some considerations I'm going for:
nice thread... as for thoes snake heads I want some rainbow ones one day ... absolutely stunning fish!!!
And Chocolates are no where near as bad as oscars at digging and destruction they are big fish yes but they have much smaller mouths and actually use the tall plants to hid in a aquarium and also in the wild.. they really enjoy them.. a wonderful fish
so what you said is not "exactly true"
the geos will be lovely but yes they are not to big I have on in my SA community tank tho... he lives well rocks and places to hide help and them really sticking to the bottom keeps them out of harms way for the most part .. there are some bigger species tho you can look into
also if you do a few different colors of sev no issues any more than doing the same color they are not schooling fish

THANKS!
Well for now... I've ordered 4 Heros sp Inirida F0, hope they are somewhat like this:
Id´like some more fish compatible with them but it´s hard to decide between 3 ways:
- Some geophagus red head or iporangensis, geos look fine with heros but they are always digging the sand and I dont know what to do because I'll try to have a few plants...
- Some tetras are a possibility due to this type of heros is not too agressive... maybe bleeding heart tetra or sanctaefilomenae. How nknows this fish, what are the best scholling fish?
- SOme more heros, like Rotkeils???
I do not want to have more than 4 or 5 larger fish, if I go for some more heros ill trade some latter when they get pair up and no more than a pair each in this tank.
Let´s see how the rest of this this goes...

I am sure they have probably eaten a few of the neons .. but it is not actively hunting them thats for sure if that makes sense
and bleeding heart tetras are really nice fish also ... they could go with the Sevs .. they have a deeper body so can be nice... I also like rummy nose a little smaller better color in my eyes ... I have seen them live with angels in a nice schooling group..
but if the tetra is bigger than the sevs mouth I am sure it will look beautiful
I love the Iniridae I hope yours look like that they are absolutely beautiful fish!
Geos get my vote I absolutely love them ... their colors are epic ...
but all the questions of what to keep are really up to your preference ... I can suggest for days but its on you SS
