all my fish get a rotation of the following: frozen shrimps, frozen pork kidney, frozen silverside/herring, tilapia booster, and earthworm from my garden... so far, they all look healthy.

i am not sure if the feeding regiment has an effect for their health, i feed all my fish once a day only...
and that is every morning before my office time.

Pellets are for staple. Invertebrate are the group of creatures that is for treats like shrimps and crickets. I used krill as an occasion treat. If you want, sometimes try cut fish, not feeders.

I never give my oscar feeders, unnecessary risk but thanks for the help plenty of food options
