He has to starve for a few days untill accepting new food once he is used only to that type. Try ordering from an online store in other country. I order most aquarium itens manly from German stores due to having more options and better prices. I can recommend some.

yes ordering is an option, but shipping is to much for my country...maybe be :( cuse it is not EU.

My first Oscar refused any pellets after he was fed with bloodworms and mealworms.
He lived on livefood for about a year.
But after my second O came in the tank, she started to eat the pellets...finally.
Hikari is no magic brand, but the attractants in their fishfood does work magic.
I expierenced that myself with one of the most picky Pleco's.

An inch a month is a very common growth for an oscar, so it seems you are on schedule.
