I don't know why, but my O's stop eating their food. If I feed them crickets and shrimp they will eat that, but it’s as if they just stop liking their food. Before they would eat their food like they haven't ate in days now they will spit it and I live it there for about 5min and then take it out. I don't know what else to feed them. I also give them like I said shrimp, crickets and meal worms once or twice a week.

I give them: Tetra Cichlid Food sticks and Hikari Cichlid Gold Food

Any advice you guys have would be appreciated

I'm probably not the best person to answer this one but maybe try not giving them anything at all for a day or two & then give it a try?

I had a similar problem, but in reverse.
My 2 guys wouldn't touch the Hikari Gold when I first got them, so I gave them prawn, krill and bloodworms, all of which they went crazy for, then I tried them on the pellets again about a week later and they cant get enough!
Maybe they just feel like some other stuff short term.
Good luck with it.

I'd give'm what they want [probably bloodworms or krill for a few days], and then when they are nice and agro with the food, go without for a day & then give them pellets again, it worked for me .

you can leave them for up to 3-4 days depending on their enthusiasm to take the pellets ....but try w66,s theory first
