When people ask what kind of fish my oscar is,I tell them it's a "Pauwoog".
Thats dutch for peacock-eye.
Than people ask me why.
And I have to tell them that Oscars USUALLY have an eyespot on both side of their tail.
Well, mine doesn't!

Is this an exception or what?
His bro's and sis' had spots.
Do your Oscars have the "eyespot"?
Please tell me!

greetz, Noddy

When I got my red O he had a wonderful perfect C on his side, it's disappeared as he's grown and I really miss it, I named him Casino because of it.
If you can't beat them...arrange to have them beaten!
