4 days ago I noticed one of my Oscars started rubbing himself on the gravel, thought it might be ick, used a flash light on him and didn't see any sign of white spots. Today I open my fish tank lights and saw all 4 of em have all these white spots on them, everywhere. I know how to cure ick but I looked up online to make sure what im doing and before they made Ick med's I read that the Heat+Salt method works well for ick. So I turned up my heater to around 30c and added freshwater salt. and just waiting to see if this will get rid of the white spots. I also orderd Ick medcation from ebay but it won't get here till next week and I didn't want things to get worse so thats why i added salt and raised the tamp.

Have anyone tried curing ick without any meds?

I have never had ick but someone on here cured it with salt and heat. Good luck I hope your fishies get better soon!!!!

I cured my Barbs that way ages ago. It'll take a few days but it'll work.
