Have you test you water? what was the results?
its a classic problem with oscars to stop or become choosy as to what they eat. most people don't realise that a full grown oscar doesn't need to be fed everyday. if your oscar has had a good meal he may not need to eat again for 2 or 3 days. how old is the fish? when it dose eat is it calm or attack? I would try the old trick of leaving it without food for a few days and see if it picks up an apatite.

Mine is doing the same thing, but he's fat though.
Like Marcus says, they don't need to eat every day when they're getting bigger.
You start to think somethings wrong, and your Oscar may be full.
I think mine is!

during the dry season down in the Amazon, many pockets of water almost dry up leaving fish stranded with absolutely nothing to eat. This can go on for several months until the rain comes again. So what I'm trying to say is don't worry if your Oscar doesn't eat food every day.

if you are sure of the water condition, there no need to worry.
full grown oscar sometimes do not take food for a day or two
after one full meal. it will take time to digest and since the
area is limited, no space to swim away to burn energy, thus,
not eating on the following feeding day.

ammonia, NO3,NO2 are all sitting @ 0 and pH of 7.1.
I've tested with my liquid and my strips.
So if I change to once a day feedings this has no negative effects?? Just a larger feeding??

yes, it is. grown up could take big chunks of foods and not eat the following day or two.
