hey every-one, last night i gave away my youngest O to a friend
my adults laid eggs and they hatched, well he was expecting a baby so he set is tank up and cycled it...lol

well the babies died and i have decided not to return the little one (dirty) back to the big tank (he was temporarily in a tank too small for him) if the adults were going to be layning frequently.

i convinced my partner hed be better off in the friends tank as we just didint have the room for him atm.
i grow quite attached to all my pets and my O's are no different.
i feel better knowing hes gone to a bigger, better tank but i feel sad every-time i look where his tank was and its just an empty space.

now i only have my 2 O's my angel and shark...
what is a small cichlid i can keep in a 50 litre tank ( i have had blue rams before but lost too many to aggression)
other pets are my colt (Freddo Frog), my staffy (Tank) and my boxer x,(Steph)

sometimes it pain us to be separated with our pets but
if that is what we think best for it, it is a noble action.
you are right bianca... when you know that your fish will be
taken good care of, the pain of separation is replace with joy.

oh...50 liters tank... you can try a couple of red cap oranda,
nice to watch and easy to raise them.
