Is it a dyed oscar or has anyone heard of this breed before???

Is it the newer platinum color and looks tinted blue?

From what I have seen and heard all blue O's are dyed. Go and have a look. you know what is normal for an O.

Yeah thats true I am just afraid that if it is dyed I might end up in jail for beating the crap out of the guy at the lfs

all the blue oscars i have come across have been dyed fish. as for lfs that sell them they usually also sell hybrid fish like parrots and i have very little use for either. both dying and creating hybrid is a practice that should be outlawed.

one of the lfs in my area started selling these types of fish and i stopped buying my fish and supplies from him on principle.
