i checked on my oscar in the morning and i saw this, went to the local fish shop the owner gave me some yellow powder and taught me how to use it.

You're going to have to supply a much clearer photograph I'm afraid. Also, I don't speak Japanese so I have no idea what that powder is

Can you describe what we are supposed to be looking for? The photograph isn't really showing what the problem is. I can see little bit of white but I can't really tell what it is. You need to get a very close photograph of the fish. Can you also provide us with water conditions and results. Ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH
