Can I feed my oscar tuna from a can an a packege an any other type of seafood in a can?

Also wen i feed my oscar fruit cut the skin of of the fruit?

Shud I keep sand or rocks for my tank?

Sand or rock is personal preference,
As far as fruit, I feed apples with the skin on but they don't eat it, bananas I don't give the peel, Mellons, no peel. I guess I have never really thoughht about it.. Good question.
And I have never fed tuna so IDK.

depends on the type of fruit. i peel the cantelope and honeydew melon for the oscars but not the apples.



that is up to you. i use sand in my tanks but other prefer gravel. there are a few threads on the site which debate the pros and cons of both. im sure if you try the search function you will find many threads on it.

a couple of years ago I was hurting for money so I fed my oscar some tuna fish from a can... He ate it (I think) but it sure did leave a hell of a mess in the tank. It stayed cloudy for a day... That was the first and last time I ever did that
