ok well im still deciding on fish i was either thinking like 3 tiger barbs or a community tank of molly's and other community fish in my 15 gal... any suggestion

I'd pick Barbs of the 2, there are many colors to choose from and they're a hardy fish.
If you can't beat them...arrange to have them beaten!
