about 2 weeks ago his eye sewlled up very large and there are orange and white spotts on his eye.
ANY INFORMATION HELPFUL!!!

Sounds like a case of Pop-eye disease to me. I don't know where you are in the world but I would suggest you go to your fish store and ask them if they've got any treatments that can be used for Popeye. Myxazin is one product that can be used. I would suggest that you test your water for ammonia, nitrite, nitrates and pH. Carry out extra water changes as well. It really depends how bad the disease has developed. Sometimes you may have to visit a veterinarian and obtain his help to administer antibiotics. Obviously it would have to be one who is used to dealing with fish.
