hi i just got my 2 new baby oscars a few days ago i let them settle down only bothering them at feeding time but ive noticed today one has a tiny hole threw its tail like a pin hole could someone please tell me what it is maybye he already had it i dont know im worried

If you can provide a photograph, that would be helpful. However, I am reasonably confident that you don't have anything to worry about. You have to remember that the membrane that makes up a fishes fin is very delicate. It's very easy for a fin to get damaged. I have seen very badly damaged fins before and they normally heal okay. The important thing to remember is that fish heal a lot quicker if the water is in good condition.

No problem, we can try and help as much as possible. Unfortunately, fish are quite complex when it comes to health problems so it is not always possible to give an accurate diagnosis, let alone a cure.

Hope it gets better, but like OFL said, it's probably nothin. If it gets worse you may want to add melafix, but I doubt that will be nessasary.
