I hope this thread belongs here.
I have two Red tigers. I bought them at a local pet store, not from a chain shop. I talk mostly with the two owners, who are really helpful and the discounts aren't to bad either.
I just love to pull up a chair to sit and watch my O's. I can put my hand up to the tank and they will swim over to it. When I put my hand in the water, they will slowly come near but not to close. They just have a way about themselves when they swim, that is different then most other fish we have. (in another tank) They will float for just a little bit, then turn and gently swim in another direction. Their fins move gracfully as they tilt their bodies like a dog would tilt it's head. Their eyes always looking at everything. They swim together like a swim team, never to far from each other. So peaceful, not a care in the world, just watching me, watch them. Just so relaxing, stressless, and so darn enjoyalbe to watch. I don't watch the tv much any more.
I just wanted to share this with you folks. Thank you for your time.
